In 2001 she started her Singing career culminatinating in a chart hit "Für dich" for her in 2003. In 1998 she was severely injured by then boyfriend James Orr after refusing to marry him.
She is famous for her role of Julia Blum on the German Soap Opera Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten (1992). The relationship produced one child, Redmond, in 1985. It was speculated that her rambling, incoherent manner was because of drug abuse.
