Michel Courtemanche

He has starred in Quebecois films La Nuit de Noces and Karmina 2, and on the Secret Adventures of Jules Verne television series, on the Sci Fi Channel (United States). He is married with two children. He has even inspired a popular one-of-a-kind hardcover comic book. He currently lives in New York City. Courtemanche has internationally sold out enormous houses usually reserved for rock stars (although such shows are quite common place for comedians in Quebec). Alan is a graduate of the University of Illinois. His second, The New Adventures of Michel Courtemanche, filled theatres in both North America and Europe and spawned his second international hit video. His TV roles include Stewart Bondek, a humorously perverted member of the mayor's staff on the former ABC sitcom Spin City.

His debut one-man show, A New Comic is Born, ran for more than five hundred performances and earned him two Felix nominations. His most recent work in film was as Steve Martin's neighbor in Cheaper by the Dozen. The Quebecois comedian and actor has drawn hundreds of thousands to his one-man shows in Quebec, France, Belgium & Switzerland. He was also Captain John Harriman of USS Enterprise NCC-1701-B in Star Trek: Generations, and a passenger on the ill-fated bus in the 1994 classic Speed. Michel Courtemanche was born December 11, 1964 in Laval, Quebec. Ruck is perhaps best known for his role as Cameron Frye, Ferris Bueller's hypochondriac best friend in John Hughes' Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Alan Ruck (July 1, 1956-) is an American actor with experience in both television and movies.
