Jerry Stiller appears in the intro and outro in the Rush 30th Anniversary Tour. An active humanitarian, Waterston also donates considerable time to organizations such as Refugees International, Citymeals-on-Wheels, The United Way, and The Episcopal Actor's Guild of America. Stiller and Ann Meara are the parents of the actor Ben Stiller (with whom Jerry Stiller co-starred in the movie Zoolander) and the actress Amy Stiller. Waterston, who takes an active interest in Lincoln, has portrayed Lincoln on stage and screen (The Civil War, Gore Vidal's Lincoln and Abe Lincoln in Illinois on Broadway). Stiller currently plays the character of Arthur Spooner in another sitcom, The King of Queens. He is also on the Advisory Committee for the Lincoln Bicentennial, celebrating Abraham Lincoln's 200th birthday.
