Billy Talent won the award for best new music group at the 2004 Juno Awards. The album also included the song "On Bended Knee", which replaced "I'll Make Love to You" at number one on the pop charts, making the group the only other artist besides Elvis Presley and The Beatles to replace themselves as number one on the pop singles chart. The name was was inspired by the name of a guitarist in the the film and novel Hard Core Logo(written by Michael Turner) who was named Billy Tallent. charts for 16 weeks in 1995, their third record-setting single following "End of the Road" in 1992 (13 weeks) and "I'll Make Love to You" in 1994 (14 weeks), which was taken from the group's second album, II.
