Betty Garrett (born May 23, 1919) is an American actress and dancer. She is probably best known for her role as Frank DeFazio's wife and Laverne DeFazio's stepmother, Edna Babish, on the 1970s Happy Days spin-off, Laverne and Shirley.

She is probably best known for her role as Frank DeFazio's wife and Laverne DeFazio's stepmother, Edna Babish, on the 1970s Happy Days spin-off, Laverne and Shirley. When Profumo's resignation brought disgrace in 1963, she stood by him, and they worked together for charity for the remainder of her life. Betty Garrett (born May 23, 1919) is an American actress and dancer. In 1952 she divorced her first husband - the film producer Sir Anthony Havelock-Allan (1904-2002) and married the MP John Profumo, giving up acting shortly afterwards.
